  • Foraminifera-based interpretations of long- and short-term climate, ocean, and biotic change principally during the Cretaceous and Paleogene.
  • Mid-Cretaceous oceanic anoxic events, the Cretaceous/Paleogene boundary, the mid-Maastrichtian, and the Eocene greenhouse to icehouse transition.
  • Secretary of the Paleogene Planktic Foraminifer Working Group
  • Lead Coordinator of the Mesozoic Planktic Foraminifer Working Group
  • Thematic Coordinator of taxonomic image dictionaries for the NSF sponsored Chronos intiative
  • Tanzanian Drilling Project
